Delivery Information

Our standard delivery charge is £2.95, covers as many items as you wish to purchase and is delivered with in 2 - 3 days. If your order is over £30 then delivery is completely free (if you live in the UK).

Should you require your order faster then you can select our "Express Delivery" option and we will ship your order on an overnight delivery service (if all the items are in stock).

Returns Information

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchase from Kidz Zone, but if you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.

Any item may be returned for any reason within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs), as long as it remains unused and in "as new" condition with all packaging intact.
